Terms of Service

By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before requesting a commission.Commission Status: SelectiveI am currently accepting commissions on a selective basis. This means I may not accept every request, and openings may be limited depending on my current workload. Thank you for understanding!A Note on Availability I work a full-time job (40 hrs/week) alongside doing these commissions. Because of this, turnaround times may vary, and occasional delays can happen. If something comes up that affects your commission's timeline, I will notify you as soon as possible. I appreciate your patience and understanding!1. Will Not DrawI do not accept commissions involving the following:-NSFW content
-Detailed Robots / Complicated mechanical subjects
-Excessive or graphic gore
-Complex backgrounds
-ProshipsI reserve the right to decline any request that falls outside my comfort zone or skill set, even if not explicitly listed above.2. Workflow & PaymentSketch Phase:You will receive a low-resolution rough sketch for approval before any further work begins.Payment:-Payment is split into two installments: 50% upfront upon sketch approval, and the remaining 50% before final high-resolution files are delivered.
-Rendering will not begin until the first 50% has been received.
-High-resolution final files will only be released once the remaining balance is paid in full.
-Payments and donations are accepted primarily through Ko-fi.Rush Orders:-Standard turnaround does not guarantee a specific completion date.
-If you require the commission by a specific due date, an additional rush fee will apply.Deadlines:-Payment must be received within 3 days of sketch approval.
-If payment is not received within this window, the commission will be automatically cancelled.Sketch Approval Response Time:-Once a sketch is sent for approval, I require a response within 3 days.
-If no response is received within this window, the commission may be considered abandoned and cancelled.Refunds:-No refunds will be issued once final rendering has been completed.
-The initial 50% payment is non-refundable once rendering has begun, as it secures your commission slot and covers work already in progress.
-You may cancel penalty-free at any point before sending the initial 50% payment..

3. Revisions & Edits

-3 Minor adjustments are included for free during the sketch phase only.
-Revisions requested after rendering has begun will incur an additional fee.
-I am not responsible for correcting errors that result from incorrect, incomplete, or missing reference images that were not provided or mentioned prior to starting the piece.

4. Usage Rights & CopyrightYou may:-Use the artwork for personal purposes, including stream graphics, social media profiles, and video platforms as long as you provide proper credit in the description of your platform.
- You are free to use the artwork to create physical merchandise for sale (such as prints, charms, stickers, or apparel) with no production limits or extra fees. However, my artist signature must remain fully visible, unaltered, and legible on the final product. Removing or obscuring the signature for any merchandise is strictly prohibited.You may not:-Claim the original artwork as your own creation.
-Edit or alter the linework.
-Use the artwork, in whole or in part, for AI training purposes.Copyright: I retain full copyright ownership of all artwork created, regardless of usage rights granted above.Portfolio & Display Rights: I reserve the right to display, share, and promote completed commissions in my portfolio, social media, and other platforms for the purpose of showcasing my work, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.If commission sheet link is not working please make sure you are signed into your google account or reach out to my other social media platforms if you're having issues thank you.

please note the following:

-Facial Tracking Ready: Includes fully separated and layered eyes (eyelashes, iris, sclera), multi-layer hair/quills, and full mouth-open-mouth (MOM) cuts for smooth vowel tracking

-Simple clothing included over base model

-No Hand/Foot Rigging: Hands and feet are drawn fixed in a default pose/static. Individual fingers/digits are not separated into independent layers.

-Extremity Separation: Arms and legs are separated from the torso as whole, single-layer units. They are not cut into separate biceps, forearms, thighs, or calves.

-I do not accept commissions for official/basic Sonic the Hedgehog character models; meaning standard in-game/canon appearances (ex. Sonic, Amy, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, etc.), & any such models I've created are for personal use only; they are not for sale or commission.

I am open to:
-Sonic AUs (alternate universe designs, restyled versions)
-Sonic-inspired OCs

Personal collaborations outside of the commission process are handled separately and are not covered under this policy.
